Pamela Jones joined the Board to share her expertise and experience in various areas particularly working with small businesses and community economic development organizations in Seattle and on the East Coast.

Pamela has worked for a variety of companies including Weyerhaeuser, Microsoft, and Allrecipes.com. In addition, she worked for seven years with Business Impact NW (previously named Community Capital Development) and has served on a number of non-profit boards including those of Sound Child Care Solutions and First BASE at Orca (two childcare and develop organizations). Pamela received her B.A. in Urban Studies from Wellesley College and an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management. 

Pamela brings more than 25 years of professional experience in budget development and administration, financial analysis and planning, communications, project management, and continuous improvement. In addition, she has experience with consulting small businesses,commercial lending, group facilitation and nonprofit organizations.
